Step 2:     You will receive a quote. This quote will include the cost of packaging (cds). It will also include a deadline for a first review. Especially large projects may be reviewed in parts. The deadline for the finished project will depened after that on the amount of revisions that are done and their level of complication. Progress on your project can also be viewed electronically at any time. I will send a description of your project with the quote to verify what we discussed. This avoids any problems in communication. When you apprve your quote you are also approving the project description.

Step 3:     50% of the total cost are due before work can begin on your project. Once the quote is approved, deposit is paid, and the applicable materials are supplied by you, work will begin. Applicable materials may include any text you wanted to write yourself or any images you wanted to supply. If applicable any onsite photography or video shooting will be done.

Step 4:     You can make as many revisions as will make you happy with your project. Upon approval of the project, your project will go into the production stage. Revisions are not allowed at this point. Any applicable printing or production costs are due at this time.

Step 5:     I will deliver the project to you in the quantity requested along with your project files on disk. The balance is due at this time. If at any point you need more copies of your project you just pay the cost of producing the Cds (production and printing) and I will handle the delivery of the project again.
