Step 1:     We will meet and discuss your project. At this meeting we will discuss the image you want your business to have and I have a short form for you to fill out to give me a good idea of what you are looking for in a database. At this stage I will be trying to get to know your business. We will discuss what functions you want your database to have and I may make suggestions to you as far as what else it could do for your business.
Step 2:     You will receive a quote. This quote will include a timeline that gives you the date of the first review. How long it takes after that is determined by how many revisions it takes and the complication of the revisions. I will also send a description of your project with the quote to verify what we discussed. This avoids any problems in communication.
Step 3:     50% of the total cost are due before work can begin on your project. Once the quote is approved, deposit is paid, and the applicable materials are supplied by you, work will begin. Applicable materials may include any text you wanted to write yourself or any images you wanted to supply.
Step 4:     Once we have finalized the database data entry will begin if desired.
Step 5:     I will deliver the project to you in the quantity requested along with your database on disk. The balance will be due at this time. I will provide instruction as to how to use your database. The first month of instruction and tech support on your database is free. However, if you feel you need more instruction there is an extra charge. Another option is to purchase a manual on how to use the database to eliminate the future extra charges.
